Creative Producer - San Francisco Bay Area

The Creative Producer at our events-focused floral design studio is responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, design, and execution of all floral arrangements for our clients' events.

This individual will work closely with our team of designers and floral assistants to bring each event to life with stunning, unique floral creations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and a strong creative eye.

They will have experience working in the events industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing events of varying sizes and styles.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members are essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and designing unique floral arrangements for events, including weddings, corporate events, milestone celebrations, and social gatherings

  • Collaborating with clients and creative partners to understand their vision and preferences, and creating custom floral designs that reflect their style and budget

  • Overseeing the production and execution of each event, including coordinating with vendors and managing the team of designers and floral assistants

  • Maintaining and updating the studio's inventory of floral supplies and materials

  • Developing, implementing, and iterating on design to elevate the studio's offerings

  • Ensuring that all events are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area

  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in event floral or event production

  • Strong organization, communication and project/time management skills

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

  • Self-motivated and results oriented

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Possesses high work motivation, commitment, follow through, initiative and achievement

  • Some overtime, nights and weekends required

  • Ability to travel (approximately 25%)

  • Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs
