Jen and Jon sought to honor their heritages with a two-part ceremony — first, a Thai ceremony, then a Greek Orthodox ceremony — before kicking off the reception at Hotel Bel Air Swan Lake. We looked to Thai flower culture to inform the monumental installation at Wat Thai, and then brought some of those hot house textures to the reception at Hotel Bel Air for a look we call ‘quiet tropical’. We layered fishtail palms, caladiums, garden roses and other materials from the cutting garden, all in custom vessels by Notary Ceramics and Rachel Saunders. Spot the surprise musical guest!
